He never should have agreed to doing her a favour. Doing a favour for Kathryn Janeway was never a simple matter. They were either incredibly boring, awkward or dangerous. There was no in between when it came to agreeing blindly to a favour from her.

"I just need you to replicate it for me and bring it here," he imitated her as he stared at what she wanted him to replicate. Now replicating this was one thing, but carrying it through the ship to sick bay?

"B'Elanna took the replicators on this deck off line for maintenance. I'd go myself, but you two had to gang up on me," she had countered when he had tried to back out.

"Yes Kathryn," he had muttered as he turned and headed to her quarters. He should never had let her seduce him. If he was still single, he wouldn't be dealing with this section of the replicator files. But, he had let her, and she had (and had she ever!) so, here he was. He was DEFINITELY where no man had gone before, at least as far as he was concerned.

After finally summoning the courage to replicate said item, he spent the next 5 minutes trying to find something to put it in, so no one would know what he had with him.

"Here," he said, hastily shoving the box into her hands when he got into sick bay. She looked at him, arching an eyebrow.

"Why did you bring this here?" she asked, looking at the box he had handed her, one of the containers he had made for her on New Earth.

"I couldn't just carry it around on the ship!" he hissed at her, not believing she couldn't understand his dilemma.

"Hmmm . . ." was all she said as Chakotay helped her off the biobed and walked her to the back of sick bay. "It's not like you haven't seen one before," she told him.

"It's one thing to see it, it's another to have to carry it through the ship." She chuckled at him as she disappeared into the back room. Men were such babies when it came to periods.

"You'd think you were the first man in history to have had to do this," she called out to him.

"I might as well be!" he fired back at her when he heard her start to chuckle.
